Sit Club is a gathering, focused on the spiritual practices of meditation, contemplation and conversation. Each week, we come together, first-timers and regulars alike to look inward, ask questions and collectively grow.
Gatherings begin with a 15 minute guided practice followed by a short reading. The remainder of time is committed to discussion, sharing and connecting with each other.
This is a gathering for anyone and everyone with a desire to connect more deeply with themselves and others. If that’s you, do not hesitate. Please join!
